Nestled within the medieval walls of Kotor's Old Town, Ombra is a quiet sanctuary of Mediterranean flavour. Our heritage is rooted in the Adriatic: wine-marinated octopus, the morning's grilled catch, and a black cuttlefish risotto the bay has come to know us by.
We cook simply and source honestly: organic produce, fish landed that day, and olive oil pressed along the same coast. Sit a while in the shadow of the stones, and let the sea set the pace.
